01 Are these server-side mods?
Listed EmberMods and PvP downloads run on the buyer’s machine unless the product page says otherwise. Server plugins are labeled as plugins. Put resource packs in resource packs, not the mods or plugins folder.
02 How is a product delivered?
Pay on Stripe from the product page. After checkout you land back on that listing with a download link for your account. Custom commissions are quoted and delivered in Discord, not as a self-serve zip.
03 Can I share a key or download?
No. Files and licenses are personal. Sharing, reselling, or posting a download gets the license pulled. Read the TOS before you buy.
04 What is EmberMods vs PvP vs a bundle?
EmberMods are client visual / QoL listings. PvP is packs and combat-adjacent tools. A bundle is one checkout for a set of EmberMods; each file still has its own license.
05 How do I get plugin or mod updates?
Join Discord and take the Plugin Ping / Mod Ping roles during onboarding. Releases and replacements post there. Re-download from your original purchase when a file is updated.
06 Can I order a custom mod or plugin?
Yes. Open Custom mods and send Minecraft version, loader (Fabric / Paper / etc), what it should do, deadline, and budget. Nothing is billed until the quote is accepted in Discord.
07 What payment methods work?
Website listings check out with Stripe. If you need PayPal, crypto, or another method, open a Discord ticket before paying — do not invent a payment off-site.
08 Refunds?
Digital downloads are generally final once the file is delivered. If checkout charged you and the download failed, open a ticket with the Stripe email and we sort it. Custom work follows whatever was written in the quote.
09 Do I need an EmberAFK AFK plan for this?
No. This shop is separate from EmberAFK sessions. Buying a mod here does not give you AFK time, and an AFK plan does not unlock Dev downloads.
10 Which Minecraft version do I need?
Whatever the product page lists. If a card does not name a version yet, ask in Discord before you buy. Mixing loaders (Fabric jar on a vanilla client, plugin on a client, pack in mods folder) will not work.
11 Where do I get help?
Support page + Discord. Include the product name, Minecraft version, and a screenshot. Never paste a license key or download URL in public channels.
